Great location, friendly staff, free beach amenities, and helpful airport transfer assistance. Exceptional customer service and a caring staff who go above and beyond. Perfectly situated on Copacabana Beach, with easy access to everywhere. Breakfast is enjoyable, especially the Brazilian coffee.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was nice and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist me. They even helped me change my room and provided information about the surrounding area. The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the ocean front of Copacabana beach. It was so convenient to just cross the street and find myself on the beautiful beach. The breakfast at the hotel was also amazing, with a fantastic selection of food.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it has everything I needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. First of all, the hotel's location is perfect, it's right across the road from the beach which made it easy to stroll by the sea. The staff was amazing, they helped me with all my needs and spoke very good English. The room service was top-notch too, with 24-hour service, I didn't have to worry about a thing. The amenities in the room were also great, coffee facilities, in-room safe, and soundproofed rooms; I couldn't have asked for more.

I highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family without any hesitation.

I had a great stay at a hotel in Rio. The location was perfect, right on Copacabana beach, and there were many great restaurants nearby. The view from the room was stunning, it overlooked the beach and ocean. The room itself was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. it was a wonderful experience.

There was a small issue with the room being a bit noisy due to its proximity to the elevator.

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Rio Boutique Hotel. The location was perfect, right in front of Copacabana beach. As a guest, I got free sunbeds on the beach, a nice perk. The staff was friendly and spoke good English, made communication easy. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of tasty options and was kept clean. The hotel also had a great Ceviche restaurant.
